Chef P whom I known him for like hmm.. since hmm.. can't remember though hahaha probably at the first year of 2008 or end year of 2007.. antah eh

the Definition of the Word "Chef" - professional cook: a professional cook, especially the principal cook in a hotel or restaurant
yes, he is an expert yet professional cooker.. he runs his own restaurant (i'm not quite sure where coz those days I met him, I don't bother too much about his carrer hehe)

I never get a chance to try out his "masakan" hehehe He has this strong passion about cooking which he really loves to cook. busy Busy busy is the word you see in himself.

Chicken Niblet, with caramelised Onions and rosmery and thick balsamic reduction

Pain au Chocola, Apple Danish, Peach crumble tart.

Broised Oxtail, Rotatouillr cousous with apricort, Rosted 'Sukun' bread fruit and garlic & Shallot confit.

Shaping the saddle of lamb... mmm kambinggg
