As I told you guys yesterday, I went to Pusat Promosi keshiatan for Health Examination program.

I woke up early this morning as I can remembered I have to be there at 7:00am for the registration and check up

and I found out that it starts at 7:45am.. so I came early to the office to just waste my time.

aah.. as I arrived to the Pusat Kesihatan, I was at the wrong block.. had to go back to the first building I saw in the first place, kira kalau jalan kaki.. jauhlah tempat atu.

I went to front Desk for Register, and they gave me a form to fill and Personal Health Record

and Number #40

I went to take a seat where you see lots of people are waiting their numbers to be called out.
I went to borrow my pen and I sat down, they called out my number "wow.. that was fast"
Counter 1 - had a talk with this guy whom was checking and questioning me about my health. At some of the questions he asked me, I giggled coz it was kinda funny to me hehehe well, he did agree with me
Counter 3 - My number was called out again soon I have done with the counter 1 "wow.. that was fast" I had my blood check up meaning ngambil darah sbotol damit.. urrghh I had to admit, nilu berabis ku.. gali and panatzz. Glad it went well~
Counter 4 - check my barat badan and ketinggian hehehe I'm really suprised.. I gained 2 kilos *gulp* I do eat a lot, No Doubt
Counter 5 - Blood Pressure Check up.. I have normal blood pressure which is 100mmHg.. I thought at all times I'm having low blood pressure coz what I think Normal Pressure starting with 160mmHg hehe
Counter 6 - Dental Check up.. I'm happy that the Doctor said I have Fine and Healthy Teeth.. yeyyy~ hehehe but encourage me to see the doctor every once in a 6months

and last but not least... The Final task.

Counter 6 - Taklimat "cara hidup sihat"

its a very good speech and everything that guy said make sense and reasonable.

Its so funny when I started to join this program, my colleagues told me that they will check us throughly.. I mean even taking our shits.. seriously you guys, I didn't know that haha and I was laughing my ass off and how are they going to do that if we don't shit at all since we're fasting?

They will.. they will korek your jubur guys and put it in lil empty bottle

I was like nervous, so this morning I got my whole body Lotion(ed) up hehe

During My Lunch Break

I had My Milo Shake. the best one I could compare hehe

I was Hungry! I was fasting since last night at 8pm and I only had water

I went back to the office after the program and had bought chicken burger for $1

and Soto Kawin Daging Biasa ehhehe

I'm Glad Everything went well today but satu saja I tak puas ati.

After I got back to the office, I found out there's a new scanner on my desk which I applied one from the Supplier XXX I am so happy about it but what I'm not happy is.. they touch my things and move aside sesuka hati! I never like it.

and One thing, they simplified changed and blocked everything in my computer which I can't change my desktop background totally. its F ugly! like super lame version.. urgghh sasak ku eh.. tried to call them to complain but didn't answer but what to do, have ot be patient since its their job and their procedure to do so.. but wtf.. hell no to me.
